Booking Policy

1. Booking Process

• You can book your tour or homestay through:
  • Phone/WhatsApp
  • Our website contact form
  • Email or social media
• To confirm your booking, we require advance payment (30%–50%) of the total amount.

2. Booking Confirmation

• Once we receive your advance payment, you will get a Booking Confirmation via WhatsApp/email with full details of your package or homestay.
• Final booking confirmation is subject to availability at the time of payment.

3. Full Payment Deadline

• Remaining balance must be paid at least 3 days before the trip starts.
• In case of urgent/last-minute bookings, 100% payment is required at the time of confirmation.

4. Change in Booking

• Date or destination changes can be made only if informed 10 days before the travel date.
• All changes are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.

5. Cancellation Rules

• Cancellations within 15 days: Reschedule date
• Cancellations within 14 days: No refund or reschedule
• No-shows or last-minute changes: No refund or reschedule

6. Important Notes

• All bookings must be made in the name of the traveler(s) with valid contact details.
• We are not responsible for delays, natural calamities, or external factors beyond our control after booking is confirmed.
