
Booking Policy
At Sib Sumon Tour and Travels, we aim to make your travel planning as smooth as possible. Please read our booking policy carefully before confirming any trip or homestay with us.
1. Booking Process
- You can book your tour or homestay through:
- Phone/WhatsApp
- Our website contact form
- Email or social media
- To confirm your booking, we require advance payment (30%–50%) of the total amount.
2. Booking Confirmation
- Once we receive your advance payment, you will get a Booking Confirmation via WhatsApp/email with full details of your package or homestay.
- Final booking confirmation is subject to availability at the time of payment.
3. Full Payment Deadline
- Remaining balance must be paid at least 3 days before the trip starts.
- In case of urgent/last-minute bookings, 100% payment is required at the time of confirmation.
4. Change in Booking
- Date or destination changes can be made only if informed 10 days before the travel date.
- All changes are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
5. Cancellation Rules

- Cancellations within 15 days: Reschedule date
- Cancellations within 14 days: No refund or reschedule
- No-shows or last-minute changes: No refund or reschedule
6. Important Notes
- All bookings must be made in the name of the traveler(s) with valid contact details.
- We are not responsible for delays, natural calamities, or external factors beyond our control after booking is confirmed.
