Welcome to Sib Sumon Tour and Travels. By booking any of our services, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully:
1. Booking & Payments
- All bookings are subject to availability.
- A minimum 30% to 50% advance payment is required to confirm any tour or homestay.
- Full payment must be made at least 3 days before the travel start date.
- Payments must be made only to the official account or number provided by Sib Sumon Tour and Travels.
2. Cancellations & Refunds
- Cancellation must be done in writing (via email/WhatsApp).
- Refunds, if applicable, will be processed as per our Cancellation Policy.
- No refunds will be provided for no-shows or last-minute cancellations.
3. Changes & Rescheduling
- Date changes are allowed only if informed at least 15 days before travel.
- Any changes are subject to availability and may incur extra charges.
- We reserve the right to modify or reschedule tours due to weather, natural disasters, or unavoidable circumstances.
4. Customer Responsibilities
- Guests must carry valid ID proofs during travel.
- Any damage to property (like homestay or vehicle) caused by guests will be chargeable.
- Guests are expected to behave respectfully with staff, locals, and other travelers.
5. Our Responsibilities
- We will provide the services as mentioned in your booking confirmation.
- In case of any change in service, we will inform you in advance and offer suitable alternatives.
- We are not liable for delays, cancellations, or losses due to natural calamities, strikes, accidents, or external factors.
6. Travel Insurance
- Travel insurance is not included in our packages.
- Customers are advised to arrange their own travel/health insurance, if required.
7. Legal Jurisdiction
All disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Burdwan, Ambagan, West Bengal, India.
8. Use of Personal Information
We respect your privacy. Please read our Privacy Policy for details on how we use your information.

9. Homestay Policy
- Check-in Time: 12:00 PM | Check-out Time: 11:00 AM
- Guests must present valid government-issued photo ID at check-in.
- Loud music, parties, or disruptive behavior is strictly prohibited after 10:00 PM.
- Any damage caused to the homestay property, furniture, or belongings must be compensated by the guest.
10. Tour Conduct Rules
- Guests are required to be punctual and report at the specified times during the tour.
- Any antisocial, aggressive, or threatening behavior may result in cancellation of the tour without any refund.
- The decision of the tour guide or driver shall be considered final in case of any disagreement or on-road issue for the safety and discipline of the group.
11. Child & Senior Policy
- Children under 5 years of age may be eligible for special discounts (subject to prior approval).
- Guests traveling with elderly persons or those with medical conditions must inform us in advance to ensure a safe and comfortable experience.
12. Force Majeure Clause
We shall not be held responsible for any delay, cancellation, or failure to provide service due to events beyond our control, including but not limited to:
- Natural calamities (floods, earthquakes, landslides, heavy snowfall)
- Political unrest, strikes, or curfews
- Pandemics, lockdowns, or government-imposed restrictions
In such circumstances, we will try our best to reschedule the tour or provide a travel credit/voucher, based on availability and feasibility.
