Cancellation & Refund Policy

Cancellations made 15 days or more before the travel date: must be resedule date.

Cancellations made less than 14 days: No refund.or no resedule.

In case of natural calamities or government restrictions, refunds or rescheduling will be handled on a case-by-case basis.

CAll payments must be made to the official account of Sib Sumon Tour and Travels only.

Please retain the payment receipt or screenshot as proof.

We are not responsible for payments made to unauthorized agents or third parties.
